Lock repair for almost all brands; we don't run into locks at once!
Lock overhaul for campers & caravans
Recreya specializes in the overhaul and repair of camper and caravan locks of all brands. We work for both businesses and private individuals and operate on a No Cure, No Pay basis.
Camper and caravan locks are often expensive to purchase and
some original locks are difficult to obtain or have
a long delivery time. Revision can in many cases be
carried out at a fraction of the cost of a new
and within a reasonable timeframe.
Revision and modification
Upon receipt or disassembly, the lock is fully
disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and degreased All
parts are checked for wear,
damage and corrosion.
Where possible, parts are refurbished or modified to improve the operation and lifespan of the lock.
For parts that are no longer available, we can produce custom CNC parts and stainless steel springs in our own workshop.

The suspension struts are now perpendicular to each other and are mounted with stainless steel screws and a stainless steel spacer.
The stainless steel spring is loaded only
on the spiral winding = longer lifespan
and better performance.
This allows us to often repair older or hard-to-find locks as well.
After the overhaul and any modification, the lock is fitted with a new
high-quality high-pressure grease lubrication and extensively checked for proper operation.
Deliver yourself or have it dismantled
You can deliver the lock to us or send it to us.
Is disassembly difficult, or would you rather not do it yourself?
If necessary, we can repair the lock for you in our workshop in Heerhugowaard.
Dismantle and reassemble after overhaul. A new lock is not always necessary.
